What is the return shipping fee amount?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day free return and exchange policy. If you want to initiate a return, please contact our customer service, and we will send the return address according to different regions. It includes cross-border transportation, and you need to take care of the freight and taxes. Please note that the shipping fees for returns or exchanges need to be paid by the customer.

Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item(s) and issue a full refund within 30 business days. Please note that refunds will be issued in the same form of payment that was used for the original purchase. What is the policy for exchanging?

We sincerely apologize if you have experienced any fault with your TrueGem. We offer 30-day exchanges for all customers (Do not include items purchased at retailers. If you want to initiate a exchange, please contact our customer service(service@truegemstone.com), and we will send the return address according to different regions. It includes cross-border transportation, and you need to take care of the freight and taxes. Please note that the shipping fees for returns or exchanges need to be paid by the customer.

What is the return policy?

TrueGem provides a 30-day return window starting from the day your item gets delivered. Please review the following return policy guidelines to determine if your purchased items are eligible for a return.

Items must be in their original, undamaged and unused condition.
Items returned by mail must include all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch, receipt or any other proof of purchase).
TrueGem cannot provide a refund on orders until we can be processed and inspected by our quality assurance team. Our team will contact you if any further details are needed.
The following items are non-returnable (unless they were received faulty):

  • Engraved products
  • Customized products
  • Products that have been worn

*To start a return, you can contact us at service@truegemstone.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting will not be accepted.
